Why Mediation?
Mediation is a process in which a neutral third party amicably resolves the dispute between two parties by using a specified negotiation technique. This process is controlled by the parties themselves. The mediator merely acts as a facilitator who helps the parties in reaching a settlement. It is a confidential process and the solution is entirely based on the interests of the parties. Mediation settlement agreement is a contract that is reached by the parties which resolve their disputes. It is a document that binds the parties to cohere to the agreed terms and conditions as an outcome of mediation.
